Download difficulties

I've attempted to download Quilt Assistant, received the installation error message referenced at the top of the FAQs, and tried all three alternate English links without success.  If Arnout or anyone else can provide a suggestion of something else I might try I'd be grateful.

Hi Virginia,

Please also try the German or Dutch links first. There used to be three different versions of the software, but I rolled all languages together into a single download, so these links also include the English language/manual.
If that doesn't work either, let me know so I can email the file to you instead.
